WWT London

I wish every week I was on holiday but alas that isn’t the case, but I seem to get most of my photographic inspiration from holidays so I decided to become a member of the WWT London Wetland Centre, with the hope to be inspired by London wildlife!  It is only 3 miles from my home so I have no excuse not to pop there with my camera when I have some time, here are some snaps from my first visit!

I had intended to take more shots of birds, but let me tell you they are hard to capture and identify!!!!  So for my first visit I was mesmerised by all the bees!

I looked away from the flowers and bees to shoot a duck and a squirrel, but give me time to learn more about bird photography, it’s not that easy, I don’t have much patience to just sit in a hide and wait!

Excited to see what other photography delights the London Wetlands Centre can offer up for me!
