Dog Portrait Session

This is Griff, the Cockapoo 🙂  This was a special shoot for me as it was the first time I tried out gels with my lights to add colour to a background.  The client and I decided on green to compliment Griff’s beautiful coat.

You know what they say don’t work with animals or children, and having experienced both I can assure you this is true!  Although both animals and children are unpredictable they also offer the most rewarding shots, as they are usually less guarded and show more of their personality in front of the camera.

As well as the gels, I did some more classic portraiture shots too.  I am really pleased with how they came out, and more importantly so is the client… always nice to get feedback, and especially when it’s very complimentary.  I will leave you with a couple more pictures of Griff, I am signing out now to google dogs for sale.
